Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

OB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a competent Equipment Supervisor to manage and supervise equipment in our facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Supervise staff and carry out daily attendance

• Provide recommendation on technical resources
•Organize maintenance activities

• Developing cross-plant maintenance strategies through networking with maintenance supervisors.
• Directing maintenance Craft Workers and contractors in performance of the daily maintenance work plan
• Supervising and coordinating workload among assigned craft workers in the day-to-day implementation of work activities
• Screening approved notifications for priorities and needed engineering/planning activities
• Assisting in planning of manpower, material and equipment for routine maintenance, projects and turnarounds

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in engineering or related field.
At least 5 years work experience
Equipment engineering background a plus
Detail oriented in excel and Microsoft Word
Good Communication and leadership skills.
