Job Description

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Professional Qualification in Marketing or any other relevant qualification.
Minimum of TWO years work experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Executive will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Sales Target Achievement:
Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Effective Negotiation Skills:
Exhibits proficiency in negotiating deals to secure favorable outcomes.

Clear Communication Skills:
Communicates effectively with clients and team members, fostering positive relationships.

Competence in Networking and Target Marketing:
Demonstrates competency in networking, target marketing of specific prospects, and advanced selling skills, coupled with the ability to maintain self-discipline.

Analytical Thinking:
Applies analytical thinking to assess market trends and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Technical Proficiency:
Possesses advanced knowledge of MS Office and networking techniques.

Leadership and Mentorship:
Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning solution deliveries, addressing technical and procedural queries from less experienced team members, providing improved process guidance, and monitoring team progress.

Business Opportunity Identification:
Identifies potential business opportunities by evaluating prospects, researching their industry positions, and analyzing sales options.

Proactive Sales Approach:
Actively sells company products by initiating contact, developing relationships with prospects, and recommending suitable solutions.

Client Relationship Management:
Maintains strong relationships with clients through the provision of support, information, and guidance. Conducts research to identify new opportunities and recommends improvements in profit and service.

Market Awareness:
Stays informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepares reports by collating, analyzing, and summarizing information for effective decision-making.
