Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

· To design and drive marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives for the brand’s products and services.
· To use online tools to create video content and motion graphics.
· To design, implement and evaluate paid marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

· To drive engagement and build a strong community for the company.
· To manage social media and other digital media channels and build strong online brand presence.
· To supervise the designing of graphics, flyers, posters, and other resources for marketing drives

· To create and manage a daily posting schedule on social media

· To manage the company’s website, post articles and run analytics.
· To produce social media and website analytics reports on key metrics.

Key Skills & Competence

· Excellent Writer
· Communication: Writing creative posts for marketing campaigns.

· Basic website management skills, ability to post articles and run analytics.
· Independent thinker
· Attention to details
· Ability to work in a team and lead a team
· Basic graphic designing

· Create video content
· Analytical: For designing, analyzing and evaluation marketing campaigns.
· Social: Ability to engage people online and offline to build engagement.

Qualification and experience
· Any relevant Diploma/HND/degree and ability to prove and demonstrate mastery in the above specified duties from previous experience.
