Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for receptionist duties, phone etiquette, customer service, and communication in a timely and effective manner. The Front Desk Executive will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing visitor logs, and directing clients.
The Front Desk Executive will also be involved in telemarketing activities for the organization.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette
Receptionist duties experience
Superior customer service skills
Ability to persuade and market
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
Prior experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Salary
Salary is a net of GHC3,000.00
