Your responsibilities
Supervision of Content Development Team:
Lead and manage a team of content developers, designers, writers, and multimedia experts
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure high-quality content creation
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the content development team
Development of Full Content Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company objectives and branding for African Hidden Champions, Peralta, and AHEAD
Define content themes, messaging, and storytelling approaches to resonate with diverse target audiences
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the content strategy aligns with business goals and market needs
Management of E-Learning Content Projects:
Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality e-learning content for African Hidden Champions and AHEAD platforms
Ensure the development of engaging, effective, and impactful learning experiences for diverse audiences
Drive innovation in e-learning content delivery methods and formats
Management of Marketing Content Projects:
Lead the creation of marketing content strategies and campaigns across multiple channels for African Hidden Champions and Peralta
Supervise the development of compelling marketing content, including articles, videos, social media content, and presentations
Quality Assurance of Content Publications:
Establish and implement quality assurance processes for content publications, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency
Monitor and evaluate the performance of content initiatives, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
