Your experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in community management or related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for education, professional development and community building
Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual event coordination
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities

Recruiting

Coordinate recruiting of new community members in close collaboration with the marketing team at AFG
Lead the review and assessment of applicants, with close support from the in-house tech team
Oversee applicant communication along all steps of the recruiting process
Community Engagement

Cultivate a supportive and inclusive community for young professionals participating in the Ahead program, including concepts and strategies tailored to meet specific project objectives and audience engagement
Create and implement engagement strategies to keep the community active and connected
Content facilitation

Develop and curate engaging content aligned with the goals and interests of young professionals on Ahead
Collaborate with program instructors to ensure participants receive optimal support
Manage and schedule posts, ensuring and consistent and valuable flow of information
Collaborate with internal teams for content creation
Organise and coordinate virtual events, webinars, and networking sessions for community members
Manage event logistics, including RSVPs and post-event feedback
User Support

Provide timely and helpful responses to user inquiries and feedback
Address user issues, escalating them when necessary, and ensuring a positive user experience
Implement and improve user support processes to enhance efficiency
Gather feedback from participants to improve the overall community experience
Collaborate with the team to implement feedback-driven enhancements
Content Promotions

Work closely with the go-to-market team to promote program content and events across various channels
Leverage social media and other platforms to increase program visibility
