Role Overview:

We are searching for a highly skilled and creative senior UI/UX and graphic designer to join our design team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in shaping our product’s visual identity and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
Expertise in creating visually stunning graphics and illustrations
Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities:

Setting design requirements based on information from the internal team and user research.
Leading the design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs
Developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across platforms
Collaborating with product managers and developers to translate business goals into compelling, user-friendly designs
Creating eye-catching graphics and illustrations for marketing materials and brand promotion
Modifying and improving the design of existing products to meet changing customer preferences
Gathering feedback from product users and suggesting improvements
Staying up to date with current industry trends, conditions, and design patterns.
Ensuring consistent design patterns and models.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Strong proficiency in design tools and softwares
Excellent communication and presentation skill
