What you will do:

Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform product decisions.
Monitor app performance (funnel performance, integration partners, etc)
Conduct user behavior research (sessions, flows) based on user journey data models to provide recommendations using complex datasets.
Identify performance issues (eg dropoffs, broken function nality)
Coordinate root cause analysis for identified issues
Work closely with Product Managers, Data Team, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features based on data-driven insights.
Work with the Growth Manager on remarketing and app engagement campaigns
Daily monitoring of KPIs using Datadog, Clevertap, and Redash/Tableau.
Ad-hoc user behavior research leveraging Smartlook recordings, customer interviews, and ticket analysis – in collaboration with the Customer Experience team
Identify performance issues (e.g., drop-offs, broken functionality), conduct root cause analysis, and perform ad-hoc analyses from daily monitoring (e.g., KYC conversion degradation).

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within a product or B2C application company.
BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience handling large datasets and analytical databases.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, DataStudio, or PowerBI.
Experience with product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, independence and proactively drive initiatives across the organization.
A passion for understanding customer behavior and a curiosity to dig deep into data to uncover insights.
Financial experience – advantage.
