We started Built in 2016 with the goal of creating business and finance software to support the growth of small businesses. We believe that providing small business owners with access to these tools can enhance their chances of success.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative (Telemarketing) to help support our users – both existing and prospective. This job is an in-person role and is available at our head office in Accra, Ghana.

Responsibilities
• Be the voice of our company, introducing our innovative products/services to potential customers.
• Engage in meaningful conversations to answer questions and spark interest.
• Gather valuable customer feedback to help us continuously improve.
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of second-class upper (2:1)
• Good interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
• Internship experience in customer service/support is an advantage
