What You’ll Experience At Concentrix

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Develop your digital skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our Client
Grow with the team and share achievements together
