Role Description
This is a volunteer Operations Lead role at Black Tech Lead, with flexibility for remote work. The Operations Lead will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and improving operational processes. This hybrid role will involve collaborating with various teams and volunteers to ensure the smooth running of programs and events.

Technology Integration: Leveraging technology to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. This includes implementing new systems, automating processes, and staying updated on industry trends.
