Summary
The Finishing Supervisor manages the final stages of construction projects, focusing on the

quality and execution of finishing works such as painting, flooring, and cabinetry. This role

ensures that all finishing tasks are completed to the highest standards and in line with project

specifications.

Duties
Supervise the finishing work including painting, tiling, flooring, and other final touches.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing

tasks.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure that all finishing work meets

required standards.
Address and resolve any issues related to finishing work promptly.
Maintain records of finishing works and report progress to project managers.

Skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
Experience in construction finishing work or site supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
