Solution Architect – Renewable Energy

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect comprehensive energy solutions, including solar power systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid integration strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth technical assessments of client needs, providing recommendations that optimize system performance and efficiency.
Act as a technical advisor and point of contact for customers, guiding them through the solution development process from concept to implementation.
Develop and present solution proposals, technical specifications, and architectural diagrams to stakeholders at various levels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the digital power landscape.
Engage in R&D initiatives to enhance existing solutions and explore new opportunities for innovation.
Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they understand the technical aspects of our solutions and can effectively communicate value to customers.
Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in key industry events, conferences, and forums to represent Huawei and showcase our digital power solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of solar power systems, battery storage technologies, and grid integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to renewable energy in Ghana.
Proficiency in design software and tools related to energy solutions.
