Job Description

Duties

Collection of customers daily contribution

Marketing of product to prospective and existing customers

Assist in opening accounts for new customers

Visit and follows up on interested clients to assist them to sign up for the right product.

Communicates with clients on daily basis to make sure they are dully attended to.

Keep accurate records of all clients.

Submit daily collections to respective branch supervisor.

Ensure all loans forms are filled out accurately and timely

Develops and maintains good relations with all clients.

Delivers against individual targets, also contributing to Branch and company-wide targets

Performs any other duties assigned by his/her supervisor
