Our Client is looking to recruit an all round Marketing Specialist for a courier company.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the commercial plan, branding & communications activities as well as the planning and execution of all digital marketing activities. The role holder will work closely with the Head of Commercial to implement appropriate commercial strategies to meet customer expectations and build a strong brand.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation.
Maintaining a strong brand, web site and social media.
Managing the daily activities on all digital platforms
Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions and incentives
Liaising with technical team on the maintenance of the website and mobile app
Develop creative content for digital marketing purposes
Create infographics for driving customer engagement and communication of products/services
Conducting and reporting on market intelligence and customer satisfaction surveys
Defining and rolling out a measurement framework for SEO performance and measurement.
Using Google Analytics and other analytical programs to deliver key campaign performance reports
Qualifications & Skills
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations
Experience with digital marketing disciplines/tools such as social media, community management, search engine marketing
Strong understanding of technical SEO, how to identify, fix or enhance issues to boost organic ranking potential and performance
Skilled in writing clear and concise articles.
Proven experience in building websites and mobile apps
Previous experience of WordPress and other web development tools and languages
Experience with email marketing and paid advertising
Hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done
Good knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and Adwords
Strong HTML and CSS skills
