Department
You will be a member of a technical sales team attending mining companies in North and West African countries.
Role Purpose
Our Portfolio includes various specific equipment for Gold recovery at different phases of the process. You will have the responsibility to maintain the satisfaction of our customer by delivering technical advice and providing sales supports. Your dual role will help grow this portion of the business.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering proper advice and building trust with your customers. Essentially, they will consult you as they grow confidence in you. Regular visits and check-ups on mining sites will be necessary. You will have to inspect and dismantle some equipment at customer premises to diagnose and suggest technical solutions and improvements. After a solid internal training you will deliver training to customer’s operators and maintenance crews as required.
All your actions will drive the growth of this part of our portfolio. You will monitor and report volumes and margins of your business line.
What You Bring
The successful individual will have ideally a mechanical or process background, preferably in mining. Mining Site experience is a valuable plus. However determination, focus, sales behaviour, ability to create rapport, and openness to multi-cultural environment will be defining factors as well.
