Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Mid Level Software Engineer at Agro Innova Ltd. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end web applications, contributing to software design and architecture, implementing software solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a combination of in-office work in Accra and the flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

Computer Science and Software Development skills
Experience in Back-End Web Development
2 to 4 year of strong programming skills – VueJS, React Native, Node JS, MongoDB, SQL and React
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
Experience in the agriculture or agri-tech industry is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
