AmaliTech is seeking a creative National Service Person to join our Marketing team and support our marketing efforts for one of our innovative applications.
As an NSP, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and executing marketing strategies to grow user acquisition, engagement, and retention for the app. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to bring the app’s value to life and build a strong user base.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user comments and messages on our new app, while moderating discussions to maintain a vibrant and respectful community.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and in-app promotions aimed at increasing user acquisition and engagement.
Track and report app performance metrics, user activity, and engagement trends.
Collaborate with the development and support teams to enhance the user experience and implement feature improvements.
Contribute creative ideas for content, engagement strategies, and growth initiatives.
Office Location
The applicant will work from the Accra Office during the National Service Programme.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Passion for mobile apps, technology, and digital media.
Strong passion for digital marketing and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and produce compelling content.
