aYo Holdings is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their team in Accra. This is a full-time on-site role responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating sales for aYo Holdings’ range of insurance products. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and can work independently.

Qualifications
SHS, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing of insurance products or services, preferably in life or health insurance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools is a plus
