The Role

What we are looking for:

Qualification: Autodidact (Self-Taught) or Certified Senior Fullstack Developer.
Professional Experience: 5+ years as a Fullstack Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your accomplished projects.
Development Process: In-depth understanding of full-stack development process, frameworks, and methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in modern web technologies and frameworks both on the front-end and back-end.
Communication: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated: Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
Highly-Productive: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently delivering on time.

Responsibilities:

Architect, build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performance-optimized code across the stack.
Create fully functional, comprehensive solutions integrating front-end and back-end technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly, efficient websites or applications.
Serve as the “Go-to” person for resolving challenging technical issues.
Participate in code reviews, and growth-learning initiatives, and contribute to our side-projects.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility, accessibility, and compliance.
Stay updated with emerging full-stack technologies.
Contribute to documentation.
Provide mentorship to junior developers.
