Description
The jobholder shall provide support to managers, other employees, and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the company and others are positive and productive.

Responsibilities
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Take accurate minutes of meetings.
Coordinate office procedures.
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Resolve administrative problems.
Receive, sort, and distribute the info mail.
Answer telephone calls and pass them on
Manage staff appointments.
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Provide polite and professional communication.
Maintain computer and manual filing systems, plus conduct data entry
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Organize travel arrangements.
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
Draft letters as required.
Maintain supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Generate reports.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Undertake any other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

University Degree in Business or related field is required.
At least 2 years work experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
