Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced mid- to senior full-stack software engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in building and improving new and existing software to a scalable and high-performance state.
Key Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot
Expertise in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, NextJs, and Tailwind CSS
Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS
Solid database knowledge with PostgreSQL
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Proven track record in full-stack development, with an emphasis on scalability and performance
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions
Own and contribute to the full software development lifecycle by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks
Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
Work on both front-end and back-end development tasks as needed
Troubleshoot and debug software defects, identifying and implementing solutions promptly.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development and propose their adoption when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and tools.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
Requirements:
3+ Years of experience in full-stack software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
