We’re looking for a Credit Relationsip Officers to join our financial services team. This job is an in-person role and is available at our head office in Accra, Ghana.

Responsibilities
• Build Client Relationships: Connect with clients to understand their credit needs and financial goals.
• Evaluate Credit Applications: Assist in reviewing and assessing credit applications.
• Tailor Credit Solutions: Help provide customized credit options for clients.
• Support and Guidance: Offer support and guidance to clients during the credit process.
Skills & Experience
• Minimum of second-class upper (2:1)
• Good interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
• Internship experience in customer service, banking or microfinance sector is an advantage
