Job Description
re you a seasoned Technical Support Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), system integrations, and automation tools? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can resolve complex technical issues, optimize workflows, and mentor junior engineers? If so, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to microservices, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
✅ Leverage Zendesk automations, triggers, and macros to enhance support workflows and reduce response times
✅ Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to report and prioritize software bugs and enhancements
✅ Mentor junior engineers, improving their troubleshooting skills and reducing escalations
✅ Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to improve issue resolution efficiency
✅ Work with Windows/Linux environments, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs), and security best practices
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service engineering, or similar roles
✔ Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, PowerShell, and networking concepts
✔ Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira
✔ Familiarity with Docker, Ansible, and command-line interfaces
✔ Certifications in Security+ (CompTIA), AWS Security Specialty, or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer are a plus
