What You’ll Do

✅ Provide technical support for customers, ensuring timely issue resolution and high satisfaction

✅ Troubleshoot and debug web applications, APIs, and databases in cloud environments

✅ Develop automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

✅ Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to triage issues and suggest product improvements

✅ Work with CI/CD pipelines, SQL databases, and cloud technologies (AWS, Zapier, Kubernetes)

✅ Manage multiple technical issues while maintaining professionalism under pressure

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, or related roles

✔ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js

✔ Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and cloud services like AWS

✔ Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, and automation tools

✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues

✔ Bonus: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and technical writing
