CFAO Ghana Plc is looking to hire a Parts Sales Executive for the AutoFast?WinPart Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for continuous support of all franchise to ensure efficient operations and profitability for the sales of parts in the local market.
The individual will identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.

* Work as a point of contact between CFAO and TOTAL and ensure that all issues/concerns are addressed timely.
* Support the day-to-day management of AutoFast. Train, advise and support franchises with all areas of their business including store standards, stock management, customer service, finances and payments and cost control.
* Ensure that the company’s brand is communicated and maintained in all franchise communications and marketing activities.
* Assist in the launch and development of the franchise as per the agreed terms and conditions.
* Establish new business for WinPart.
* Identify and locate potential customers in the selected markets, discovering and exploring opportunities.
* Scout for and recruit new dealers, fleets and garages.
* Develop relationship with prospective clients and maintain a customer base file.
* Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets (generate sales)
* Collaborate with DOP to secure, retain and grow accounts through understanding client’s needs.
* Monitor sales progress and provide weekly reports.
* Gather market information and report the following activities in the region; competitors, dealers and corporate institutions (B2B).
* Contribute to Aftersales activities aimed at maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Perform any other related duties as assigned by the company.

The ideal candidate should possess strong product knowledge, must have good marketing and insight knowledge and be confident at pitching and framing offers. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and must be ready to travel long distances and work outside normal official working hours.
