CFAO Mobility Ghana is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join the Accounts team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per the company’s standards, processing cash transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently while safeguarding the company’s assets and effectively executing all branch administrative and facility needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following.
· Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
· Accurately and efficiently maintains all cash.
· Receives cheques and ensures that details have been filled out correctly.
· Reconciles Cash register to have acceptable variance as required by PACI
· Communicates customer requests to management.
· Maintains orderly appearance of cash area and supplies stocked.
· Ensures the effective and efficient management of petty cash
· Maintains records of all PD Cheques received in a register
· Ensures that all local suppliers files are compliant with Company’s Policy
· Ensures the correct taxes are deducted on payments before payment are made
· Ensures monthly Assets and Stocks inventory are done in accordance with PACI
· Ensures timely submission of supporting documents for the cash register
· Provides administrative support to the finance department
· Performs any other duties as assigned by the company
The successful candidate must possess a bright and approachable nature and finds it easy to communicate with all levels of customers from drivers through to CEOs.
Approximately 90% of the duties will be performed in climate-controlled internal office environment under normal office conditions. The candidate must possess the following attributes.
* Ability to speak or write in a manner that communicates intended message
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles
* Knowledge of MS Office suite application
* Ability to process information/merchandise through register system
* Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers
* Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
* Ability to work varied hours/days (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) as needed
* Ability to handle conflicts, confrontations and sustain positive relationships
* Resilient and ability to want to achieve high standards of professionalism.
* Ability to pay attention to details
Desired Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* 1-3 years’ experience in accounting or in a similar field/role
* Sharp administrative skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of accounting software and principles
