Due to incredible growth, we’re searching for individuals, passionate in providing exceptional customer service, to join our experienced Customer Service team, at our brand new office based in Accra City Centre!
We have various Customer Service Advisor roles available. You will be based in our state of the art Accra Offices· Obtain client information by answering inbound telephone calls; verify if you speak with the contract owner, offer additional services.
Manage sensible customer information such as bank information when processing payments.
Reach the main KPIs for the account example retention rate, commit rate and absenteeism.
Navigate accordingly through the tools, to ensure you verify the customer record to provide accurate information to the customer; document the customer’s account.
Track every call receive.
Present our available offers to the clients that are threatening to cancel the services
Generate quotes for potential cancellations and follow up until save the account
Keep track of each saved/cancelled account and follow up the processing
Achieve an individual and team goal to reach our monthly target, South Africa
To be successful in this job, you must be able to commit to full flexibility to work day and night shift hours, Monday to Sunday

Making payments
Upselling
Billing, fee disputes and account information
Plan changes
De-escalate customers

Your Skills
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
Fluent in English language (B2 Level or above)
Good at multi-tasking
Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time
Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between Monday to Sunday
