Automotive Paint Mixer(SIKKENS)

Job Description

Summary
Responsible for accurately mixing different types of paint, stain or coatings to create the appropriate color and consistency for each specific job. The paint mixer needs to have knowledge of color theory and be able to determine the correct mixing ratios for each paint job.

Duties
Mixing and matching Automotive paint colors according to specifications and formulas.
Ensuring that the paint is the correct consistency for the application method.
Keeping track of inventories.
Performing routine checks on paint mixtures to ensure quality control.
Adhering to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective

equipment (PPE), handling hazardous materials responsibly, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Provide after sales services to automotive companies and body workshops.

Skills
3 years and up Experience as a Automotive paint mixer (experience with SIKKENS brand required).
Automotive paint mixing experience is a must & NOT Decorative Paint
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety procedures and MSDS sheets

Salary Ghc2000-3000 (NET)
