Role Overview:
Built is currently searching for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketer, you will hold a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless transition of our clients onto our platform. Your responsibilities will include providing clients with the necessary guidance and support to optimize their user experience right from the start.
Responsibility
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Google ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Design build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals. (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize the solid analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Effective usage of CRM and any marketing database.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing Google ads, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing platforms, social media marketing and management, and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools ( eg. Google analytics, social media analytics, etc)
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
