JOB PURPOSE
Assist in financial analysis and modelling in IB transactions (PF, SCTF, DCM, M&A, etc.) of the assigned Region
JOB CONTEXT
▪ Work in the execution team on corporate finance and investment banking transactions.
▪ The incumbent is frequently requested to provide financial reliable information and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Assist in the preparation of pitch books, proposals, term sheets, mandate letters, memorandums, teasers and marketing materials
▪ Create financial models and valuation analysis
▪ Detailed analysis of companies and projects financials
▪ Assist investors fund raising, advisory services and any other Corporate Finance activities in the cluster.
▪ Prepare investors’ and lenders’ presentations
▪ Conduct industry and company research analyses to support deal origination, structuring and execution
▪ Prepare transaction comparables to support deal structuring and pricing
▪ Organize deal conference calls and arranging transactions meetings and conferences
▪ Assist in execution of transaction mandates
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Experience & Qualifications
▪ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or related field
▪ Minimum experience of 2-3 years in investment banking / accounting / private equity

▪ Highly motivated and focused
▪ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
▪ Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
▪ Good business plan evaluation skills
▪ Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills
▪ Understanding of the basic principles of investment banking, finance and accounting
▪ Master Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
▪ Ability to work in a team
