Who you are

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk/Admin assistant (preferably National service personnel) to join our team at Fido. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

What you will do

Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Handle general inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information and assistance.
Maintain visitor logs and manage the sign-in/sign-out process.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between different departments and visitors
Respond to inquiries and correspondences in a timely and professional manner.

Scheduling and Coordination:

Support in the planning and execution of organizational events.

Qualification

Solid knowledge of office procedures
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
