What you will do?

This role is pivotal in enhancing our social media presence and effectively engaging our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and a knack for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and drive conversions.
Manage and maintain Fido’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
Create and curate high-quality content for social media, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content, ensuring regular updates and posts are in line with our content calendar.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to engage with our audience and address inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the design team for the creation of visually appealing graphics and assets for social media.
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including creating and optimizing ad content.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Fido’s social media strategies are innovative and effective.
Foster partnerships and collaborations with influencers and other brands to extend our social media reach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and insights.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for design elements.
Ability to work independently and within a team, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
