Job Description

What will you do?

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists or databases.
Introduce Momo Agent Loan products to potential clients, providing relevant information and addressing their inquiries.
Understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and present appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Utilize effective sales techniques to pitch our products or services, highlight their benefits, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Continuously update product knowledge to stay informed about new features, upgrades, and market trends.
Handle customer objections or concerns professionally and with the aim of resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide regular feedback to the team lead regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Follow established sales processes and comply with company policies and procedures.
Participate in sales training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing the company and its products to potential customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and confident approach.
Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
Ability to build rapport with potential customers and establish lasting customer relationships.
