What you will d

oYou will play a significant role as a leader in the global finance of Ghana, Uganda and future sites that the company will operate from
.Responsible for the accounting and finance of Fido Africa, by directly managing team leads in each country of operation
.You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership, regulators, lenders and investors
.You will be in charge of budgeting, treasury and forecasting in Africa (FP&A
)You will analyze different site performances, KPI’S and perform financial modelin
gReporting to the Group VP of Finance
.Who you ar

eA bachelor’s degree in accounting – a mus
tAt least 8 years of experience as a Head of Accounting or Director of Finance
.Work experience in a financial position at a global organization of at least two years – a mus
tAt least 3 years of managerial experience – a mus
tFinancial modeling experience – an advantag
eAccounting ERP software experience (Implementing in a company or as a user) – an advantag
eStrong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
