JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on acquiring new accounts and growing existing client relationships.
2. Identify prospects, build a strong pipeline, and conduct thorough assessments of client needs to offer tailored cybersecurity solutions that address specific business challenges and security requirements.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team, technical experts, and other internal stakeholders to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts by serving as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving needs, and providing proactive guidance on security best practices and solutions.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
7. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on account activities using CRM tools to track progress and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
QUALIFICATION:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years in cybersecurity sales.
REQUIRMENT
· Excellent written and verbal communication in English
· Candidate must be a citizen of Ghana
· In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and
products/services.
· Proven and verifiable track record in selling Cyber security and Information technology solutions such as Cisco, Microsoft, Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Crowdstrike, McAfee(Trellix), HP, IBM etc
· Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize Excellent organizational skills
· Self-motivated and result oriented
· Attention to details and active listener
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales and productivity tools.
