1st Lasting Group is a cross-border investment banking advisory start-up based in Accra, Ghana. Our focus is on growing youth-led micro, small, and middle-sized enterprises. We aim to be the initial catalyst for developing a financial ecosystem for youth entrepreneurs in Ghana. 1st Lasting Group advises entrepreneurs and helps them partner with the best-value investors. We offer a range of services, including advising on the sale and acquisition of businesses, capital raising, private placements, and debt restructuring.

Role Description
This is an internship role for a Graphic Designer. As a hybrid role, the work is located in Accra, but some work from home is acceptable. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. The Graphic Designer will work with the team to create promotional materials.

Qualifications
Strong Skills in Graphic Design or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with motion graphics design
Ability to create designs that are visually appealing and communicate the intended message effectively
Good communication skills and experience working collaboratively with team members
Attention to detail, including excellent typography skills
Understanding of design principles such as color theory, composition, and layout
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively
Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow as a Graphic Designer
