Qualification
Background in business-related fields.Proven track record of 3 years of working experience.ResponsibilitiesAct between the executives and internal/external clients.Handle requests and queries appropriately.Maintain a diary, arrange meetings, and appointments and provide reminders.Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliersProduce reports, presentations and briefs.Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.Receive and make follow-up calls, and send emails to potential clients to discuss investment opportunities.
