You will be a member of a sales team attending mining companies in North and West African countries.

Role Purpose

Our Portfolio includes process equipment for the mining industries. Within the territory allocated, You will have the responsibility to attend customer’s expectations and maintain their satisfaction by delivering value adding proposals and providing sales supports.

Your Responsibilities

Mainly focusing on Aftermarket activity (spare parts, on-site services, upgrades) it is your responsibility to develop your accounts. Regular visits and follow-ups will be necessary to intensify your relationships and densify your network. You will make sure customers receive full support from internal stakeholders (quotes, deliveries, …) ; you will also detect new opportunities and mobilize internal resources to prepare and pitch solution based proposals.

All your actions will drive the growth of your territory. You will have Order Intake and Margin targets as well as focus on specific portions of FLS Portfolio.

With the vast offerings and capabilities of FLS, you will be trained and continue learning constantly on latest technologies and developments.

You will report to the Head of Service and Site sales in the area and use CRM as a daily routine.

What You Bring

The successful individual will have ideally a mechanical or process background, preferably in mining. Mining Site experience is a valuable plus. However, determination, focus, sales behaviour, ability to create rapport, and openness to multi-cultural environment will be defining factors as well.
