Job Description

Patrol Supervisor

Supervision of guards at various clients location
Resolution of shortages that may arise
Resolution of grievances among guards or reporting to
appropriate authority
Addressing client related issues or escalating to appropriate
authority
Ensuring post orders are adhered to
Monitoring and ensuring punctuality of guards.

Competencies/Skills:

Ability to manage a team and demonstrate good leadership
Ability to drive a car or ride a motorbike and also possess
a valid licence
Responsive to time
Good client relations
Good communication
Basic knowledge of security operations
Meticulous and attention to details

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School certificate
