Job Description
1. Conduct comprehensive background checks on individuals,
including but not limited to:
Verification of identity documents
Employment history checks
Criminal record checks
Reference checks
2. Review and analyze documentation and data to ensure
accuracy and completeness
3. Identify potential security risks and escalate concerns to the
Security Manager
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vetting
procedures and results
5. Provide advice and guidance to clients on vetting
procedures and security best practices
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless
vetting processes
7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in
legislation
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or law
enforcement environment
2. Experience in data input and familiarity with HRIS software
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
7. High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Education and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
Professional certification will be an added advantage
