About the role
To render exceptional customer service and support by handling inbound or outbound calls from clients or prospects, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at the GLICO Experience Centre.

Responsibilities
– Answering inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers by addressing inquiries, providing information about products or services, and resolving issues or concerns with a polite and helpful demeanour.
– Work to resolve problems and issues of complaints promptly and efficiently.
– Provide accurate and informative responses on products.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. That is to document the nature of the call, customer concerns, and the steps taken to resolve issues.
– Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers and be able to recommend relevant products that align with the customer’s needs.
