Purpose of Job:
To work towards achieving specific sales goals and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting, lead generation, and closing of deals.

• Sales presentations, demonstrations, and sales activations.

• Relationship building and leveraging relationships for potential business opportunities

• Sales reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Collaboration with internal departments to drive sales effort.

• Customer relationship and management.

Education/Experience:
A good first degree with relevant certification in insurance, marketing, sales, or any related course. An MBA can be an advantage.

Experience:
• 5 to 10 years experience in a sales role.

• Experience in leading and managing sales teams effectively.

• Having in-depth knowledge and experience in understanding industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive factors.

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and the ability to close significant deals are important.
