Job Description

Helios Towers is a leading independent telecommunications infrastructure company, having established one of the most extensive tower portfolios across Africa. It builds, owns and operates telecom passive infrastructure, providing services to mobile network operators. Helios Towers currently operates in 8 markets in Africa and Oman in the Middle East.

We are looking for a dynamic National Service Personnel to join the Ghana Team and benefit from Helios School of Engineering program which seeks to offer graduates a first work experience and build core professional skills.

Role Responsibilities

As a National Service Personnel in the Performance Engineering Department, you will be trained to:
Check the trend of the rejected log files in Site Performance Analysis team
Perform grid quality analysis
Compile the Analysis KPI report
Analyse Colocation Power Dimensioning
Support the department on other field related power issues

Training will be provided with an introductory overview of the business and assigned department to familiarise the NSP with the key activities, processes, and targets of the department he/she will be assigned to. Departments include Performance Engineering, Operations, Projects, Supply Chain and IT.
National service is from 1 November 2023 to 31 October 2024.

Requirements for the Role

To qualify for the role, you will be/will have:
Educated to degree level/equivalent from a reputable university
Must qualify and satisfy conditions from National Service Secretariate
Target Engineers – Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications & Network, Civil
