Wireless Solutions Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and skilled Wireless Solutions Manager, in and from Ghana, to will join our Wireless Network and Cloud Core Network Solution Sales department.

Applicants must have more than 3 years of experience in Wireless Network Deployment or Solution Sales. You should be a permanent residence of Ghana with a completed Degree and strong sales track record.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Understand the wireless network technology and setup for all technologies and evolving technologies (2G/3G/4G etc.)
The job requires interactive engagement and partnering with customers, understanding their strategic requirements and network pain points, offering optimum solutions and providing detailed product presentations to customers.
Perform network insight and analysis of the Operator Network, the services KPIs and propose solutions to customer based on the insight and KPI analysis.
Provide solution to optimise the network performance and experience of the subscribers by providing upgrade solutions and technology evolving solutions.
Support customer targeted technology events, preparing technical solutions, and traveling to customer locations and supporting the account teams

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Be a brand ambassador for Huawei wireless products and solutions, articulating the advantages of our products.
Able to influence and guide customer in their strategies, targets, budgets and planning.
Able to build and enhance relationships with potential customers or partners
Participate in training materials development
Delivering technical abilities through the trainings organized by HQ/Regions
Promote corporate solutions sales competence
Knowledge in wireless network and products
Telecom industry knowledge
Excel, word, PPT etc.
Sales and business development skills
Project operation capability
Ability to plan, organize and work under pressure
Occasionally travel overseas and within Africa
Contracts and project negotiation skills for win-win relationships

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Degree/higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics
