Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling various products and services to individuals and businesses. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Identify and contact potential clients to offer products and services. Assess clients’ needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Client Consultation: Provide consultations to clients, explaining product features, terms, and conditions. Help clients understand their options and select the best products or services to meet their needs.
Product Customization: Customize product offerings to suit individual clients, often covering a variety of needs.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and follow-up. Address any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new products. Use this knowledge to better serve clients and improve sales strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex product features.
Proficiency in using computer software and sales tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Age Limit:
Minimum 25 years for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 30 years for candidates with a high school diploma (SHS certificate).
