Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer with a strong focus on B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leveraging LinkedIn, email marketing, and creating comprehensive marketing funnels to generate high-quality leads that convert to sales. Additionally, this role involves optimizing our website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. LinkedIn Marketing:
• Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to identify and engage with potential B2B clients.
• Create and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers through LinkedIn.
2. Email Marketing:
• Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving conversions.
• Manage email marketing lists, ensuring segmentation and personalization to improve engagement.
• Track and analyze email marketing performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
3. Marketing Funnel Creation:
• Develop and optimize marketing funnels to capture and nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
• Implement lead magnets, landing pages, and automated email sequences to convert prospects into customers.
• Monitor funnel performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance conversion rates.
4. Website Optimization:
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
• Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary changes and improvements.
• Track website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
5. Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant and engaging content that supports lead generation efforts.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital marketing channels.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns.
• Use data insights to refine and improve marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically with LinkedIn and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel creation and lead generation techniques.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with website optimization, including SEO and UX best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
