This is a fully remote 2nd line Support role in a small team supporting M-KOPA’s 1000+ contact centre users on their VOIP, PBX and Cloud Infrastructure.

Essential skills for the role should include, experience in a similar sized “high availability” call centre support environment. Windows and Linux server admin skills, IPSec, SQL and Azure skills are vital.

There is a on-call week for support 1 in 4 weeks, that is compensated and the team boasts a collaborative learning environment where new tech is at the forefront.

This is a mid level role. The process will be as follows;

Resume Screening by Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager

Screening call – 30 mins

Hiring Manager call – 45 mins

Tech interview (screen share) – 30 mins

Final Interview – TBC
