Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and promotes our product across various social media platforms.
Create and manage content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that engage our audience and drive traffic.
Collaborate with the production team to create compelling social media content, such as video clips, graphics, and social media posts.
Monitor social media analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Manage and respond to audience feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cross-promotion and integration of social media campaigns.
Able to actively demonstrate sales achievements and ROI
Ability to play a true hands-on leadership role
Willing to learn SEO ,Strategy /Implementation , Email /CRM, Affiliates Marketing , Paid and Organic Search

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube,Tik Tok, Pinterest
Strong understanding of the latest social media trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and copywriting skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms.
Creative mindset and the ability to generate engaging social media content.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is a plus.
Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Sales
