Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Principal role at Marigold School located in Tema. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, managing and leading a team of teachers and staff, maintaining positive relationships with parents and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and promoting a culture of excellence in education and student development.

Qualifications

Leadership, management, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Proven experience in educational administration or related field
Master’s degree in Education or related field
Experience in a multicultural setting is a plus
Experience with Montessori method and EYFS curriculum is desirable
